Our Vision
Scripture states that we should “Despise not the day of small beginnings…”. God always starts things with the symbolism of a seed that grows exponentially as it fulfills God’s plan for it. NLFC is very focused on two elements, as we become what He wants us to be.
1. Growing Spiritually
Church life isn’t about building buildings but about building people. Our strategy is to place people in a path of spiritual maturity through Leadership Development and Serving Teams. Our goal is to have 75% of our regular attendees involved in New Life Men’s / Women’s groups and School of the Bible special classes. Also building Leaders and Serving Teams in conjunction with faithful regular attendance at our Sunday morning worship services. We also evaluate other concrete factors to determine the doctrinal and spiritual strength of our congregation.
2. Growing Organizationally
As a Church congregation grows spiritually it is vital that those that have been faithful to build their character, spiritual life, doctrinal integrity and have personal giftings are championed as having “proven” themselves to their peers, leaders and ultimately to God. These are the ones God is positioning to lead within the church organization.
At New Life Family Church we are raising up leaders month after month that will undergird the vast vision that lies before us. The development of processes, job descriptions, communication channels, alignment of ministry purposes and yearly vision, goal setting and overall organizational integrity are continually being refined and matured.
